J-Fall 2022: Sabyasachi Sengupta – Path to Transform
Every change and innovation start with the people. If the people in the team are not motivated, inspired to be part of the change, then the teams will face resistance to change, delays and roadblocks. In my talk I will highlight how we can transform our mindset and be open to change and innovation. There will be some laughter, some inspiration and lots of fodder to make a change.
